Required Documents

Passengers must assume personal responsibility for obtaining the required official documents (Valid Passport, Proof of Citizenship, necessary visas, health card providing proof of inoculations or vaccinations demanded by local authorities at each port of call). One should note that most cruise lines, will require that your passport be valid for a minimum of 6 months after your cruise ends.

The cruise line prior to final payment will provide you with all the information regarding the required documents that are needed for your cruise. You will be reminded once more with the final cruise documents that you receive two to four weeks prior to your cruise. A number of cruise lines will recommend reputable visa service agencies that will be able to assist you in any visa application that may be required. If you have any questions with regards to the correct required documentation, please contact the cruise line directly and they will be pleased to assist you. It is also advisable to consult with the State Department of the Foreign Affairs department of your national government with regards to the correct documentation that is required and to see if they have issued any travel advisories.
