Purser’s Office The purser’s office is centrally located and the nerve center of the ship. The purser’s office can also called the reception desk, guest relations or the information desk, it all depends on the particular cruise line. If you have any problems or require information of any kind, the purser’s office will be able to assist you. On some ships the purser’s office is open 24 hours a day and on other ships it is only open at selected times. These times will be posted outside the office and also published in the daily program.
