MS Four Seasons is a luxury residential ship that will be managed and operated by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. The MS Four Seasons will be a luxury ship featuring 100 spacious residences varying in size from 1350 square feet (125 square metres) to 3449 square feet (320 square metres) that will provide guests with the opportunity to experience the Four Seasons lifestyle in location where they do not currently have a presence. The ship will become a showcase for the highly personalized service for which Four Seasons is renowned.

Construction of the MS Four Seasons is expected to begin at the Kvaerner Masa-Yards in Finland during the spring of 2005 and will take approximately 24 months to complete. The Ship will be approximately 42,500 gross tons and 200 metres (656 feet) in length with a beam of 28.4 metres (93 feet). Service speed will be 18.5 knots with a top speed of 21.0 knots.
