Paul Ellerby has been appointed interim sales and marketing director for easyCruise and has taken up the post immediately.

Paul's position is on an interim basis whilst easyCruise recruits its own chief executive. Once easyCruise has appointed a chief executive it will be for that person to select their own management team to drive forward expansion through the commissioning of new buildings, contracting existing operators as franchisees and establishing a Miami base. Until an easyCruise chief executive is appointed Paul will report to Stelios and will be based in the easyGroup London office.

For five years until January 2006 Paul was Managing Director of Costa Cruise Lines UK Ltd and it is his in-depth knowledge of the cruise industry and its sales distribution methods which will help easyCruise as the company gears up for growth.
