Comment Cards / Passenger Questionnaire

Near the end of your cruise the cruise line will provide you with a "Comment Card or Guest Questionnaire" and request that you complete it and hand it in to the reception desk before disembarkation. Some cruise lines, which really care and want to ensure that you are enjoying your cruise will provide you with a comment card about half way through your cruise. The cruise lines want to know whether they are meeting your expectations and to ensure that areas of concern can be corrected for the balance of your cruise.

The comment card serves as a goods means of communication between you and the cruise lines to ensure that they have got it right. One should be honest when filling out the comment cards and you should make side notes to praise individuals or to point out weak points. You should be aware, that far too often passengers come under pressure from the staff to provide them with a high score and/or excellent comments on their service. One should resist this types of approach and put your honest comments down.

If you have experienced problems with any aspect of your cruise, you should write them down on the card and do not to be shy about it.

The cruise lines do appreciate the time that you have taken to complete the comment card/questionnaire, which provides them with valuable feedback on their performance. The cruise lines are earnest in wanting to improve and provide you with an experience that you rate highly and will talk about for months afterwards. We at the Cruise Information Center would also like to know about your cruise experience, so that we can pass the information on to fellow passengers (by using our Feedback form).
