Air Conditioning Today Cruise ships have modern and very sophisticated air conditioning systems aboard which provides the cool air throughout the ship to public areas and passenger accommodations. Each cabin or suite has its own thermostat to so that you can regulate the air temperature to suit your personal requirements. In the public rooms the air temperature is controlled automatically from a central location, thus you may find the air temperature in the public rooms may be kept cooler than you are accustomed to.
